Two ways to subscribe
Microsoft Marketplace
Per-user, per-month subscription via the Microsoft commercial marketplace. Recommended; sits alongside the rest of your M365 billing.
Invoice-based subscription
If marketplace billing isn’t an option for your organisation, JFDI can arrange a traditional invoice-based subscription. Contact us to discuss.
Essentials, free; trial on every install
Resource Planner ships with an Essentials tier on the Microsoft Marketplace and includes a 30-day Enterprise trial by default, providing full access to every feature out of the box. Use the trial to evaluate the capacity panel, drill-down, filters, cross-site dashboards, Decision Planner integration, and audit history before deciding on a tier.
Goodwill bonus: customers who subscribe to a Standard or Enterprise plan within the trial window receive an additional 30 days added to their first billing period, giving 60 days of full feature access in total.
Use cases
PMO and portfolio
One board for every project, every quarter. Red cells flag the squeeze before slip dates do.
Departmental capacity
BAU plus project work on the same board so the team owner conversation is about the total, not the project bit.
Programme delivery
Cross-workstream visibility on team-role-quarter intersections. Linked to the decision that set the sequencing.
Finance forecast alignment
The same effort numbers across the team plan and the finance forecast. Reconciliation conversations get shorter.
