Essentials lets a small planning team capture demand and read the board, on a single SharePoint page. Free, permanent, unlimited users.
Standard adds the capacity panel, drill-down, filters, the Teams tab, and the Decision Planner link-back field. This is the tier for a department or programme office running the board day-to-day.
Enterprise adds the cross-site dashboards, custom departments and quarters, change-history audit log, PDF export, analytics, To Do reminders, AI-assisted forecasting, and handover buttons that wire Resources Planner into the rest of the JFDI Planner Suite.
